Islamabad (Urdu Point News Latest - APP. 02 June 2023) Personal loan issuance by banks has recorded a growth of 2.2 percent on annual basis during April.

According to the data released by the State Bank in this regard, in April, personal loans were provided by banks to the tune of 250 billion rupees, which is 2.2% more than last year's April.

In April last year, banks provided personal loans worth Rs 245 billion. In comparison to March, personal loan issuances have recorded a decrease of 0.4 percent on monthly basis in April. In March, personal loans were issued by banks amounting to 251 billion rupees, which decreased to 250 billion rupees in April.
