An Indian athlete has set a new world record in jumping rope. He jumped rope 147 times in just 30 seconds while wearing skating shoes.
21-year-old Zoravar Singh has already set many world records. He says that he practiced skating 6 days a week and 4 hours every day.
Zoravar Singh says that in high school he used to throw discs.
After an accident, he was forced to quit the sport, but he started jumping rope to stay physically fit. Zoravar Singh also previously held the record for most Mumba tricks in 30 seconds while jumping rope in front. He also holds the record for the highest reverse double in 30 seconds while jumping rope. The record for the highest number of jumps in one minute from a long rope is also held by Zoravar Singh.
