Lahore (Urdu Point, Latest News. 06 July 2023) The judicial remand of Khadija Shah and others has been extended for 14 days. A hearing was held on the Jinnah House attack, burning house case. Khadija Shah, Alia Hamza, Sanam Javed and other women accused were presented in the court.

The female accused was produced in court after the expiry of judicial remand. Anti-Terrorism Court Administrator Judge Abhar Gul Khan heard the case. The court extended the judicial remand of Khadija Shah and others for 14 days. The court ordered Khadija Shah and other women to appear again on July 20. The court ordered the police to submit a challan of the case.

Two days ago, a two-member bench headed by Justice Ali Baqer Najafi of Lahore High Court issued a notice to the relevant authorities on the bail application of Khadija Shah, daughter of former finance minister Dr. Salman Shah, and sought a written response. Anti-terrorism court rejected Khadija Shah's bail contrary to facts, Khadija Shah is in jail on judicial remand, no further investigation is required, Khadija Shah's youngest son is five years old and needs mother's care, lawyer. Referring to the medical reports of Khadija Shah, requested that Khadija Shah be granted bail and ordered to release her.
It should be noted that the court has ordered the police to present the challan of Khadija Shah's case in the court.
