The Anti-Terrorism Court summoned the Chairman Tehreek Ansaf and other accused persons on July 19 in personal capacity




Islamabad (Urdu Point, Latest News. July 13, 2023) Judicial complex attack case, Imran Khan's bailable arrest warrant has been issued. According to the details, the cases related to the attack on the judicial complex against Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan and other leaders were heard in the Anti-Terrorism Court. Imran Khan's request for exemption from attendance was filed today.
The lawyer Sardar Busy said that Imran Khan has to appear in the Lahore High Court, Chairman PTI could not come to Islamabad due to his appearance in the Lahore High Court. The court has issued a bailable arrest warrant for Imran Khan, the anti-terrorism court has remarked that the accused will have to appear in court. The hearing was adjourned till July 19.

While in the judicial complex attack case, bailable arrest warrants were also issued for Farrukh Habib, Shibli Faraz and Hassan Niazi. It should be remembered that arrest warrants were issued in 2 cases registered in Ramna Police Station and one in Golra Police Station of Islamabad on the charge of attack on judicial complex. Earlier, Imran Khan was named in 3 more cases in May 9 incidents, police sources said that former Prime Minister Imran Khan was also named in Jinnah House attack case, besides Askari Tower attack and Prime Minister in Model Town. Also named in the Secretariat attack case.

In Lahore, seven cases were registered against Imran Khan under the provisions of terrorism, the number of which has now increased to 10. Chairman PTI has 19 cases of terrorism registered in other districts of Punjab on May 9 incidents. According to police sources, Imran Khan was named in the cases based on the statements of the arrested accused, Imran Khan is named in three terrorism cases in Multan, two in Rawalpindi and Faisalabad and one in Gujranwala.
