The President of Turkey, Tayyip Erdogan, sent a message of sympathy from the Turkish government and people to the families of the deceased Pakistanis.




Islamabad (Urdu Point, Latest News. June 20, 2023) Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a telephone conversation. I expressed regret for the deaths of Pakistanis. The President of Turkey conveyed a message of sympathy from the Turkish government and people to the families of the deceased Pakistanis.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan prayed for forgiveness for those who died in the incident and patience for their families. The Prime Minister thanked President Recep Tayyip Erdogan for his condolences and sympathy. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that in this difficult time, the government and people of Pakistan value the sentiments of the President of Turkey and the Turkish people.

Earlier, PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif has expressed regret over the Greek boat accident. He said that the Greek boat accident is a great human tragedy. The government should make every effort to hold accountable the individuals, agents and companies responsible for the deaths of hundreds of people. Immediate arrangements should be made to bring the dead bodies to Pakistan as soon as possible. May Allah forgive the deceased and give patience to their loved ones.

It should be noted that the death toll in the Greek boat sinking accident rose to 80, while 104 were rescued. According to reports, there were 400 to 750 passengers in the boat, after 5 days, the hope of finding the missing passengers alive has disappeared. According to the report, 9 suspected human traffickers arrested in Greece will be presented in court. The arrested human traffickers belong to Egypt.
