Lahore (Urdu Point Newspaper Latest. 07 June 2023) The Lahore High Court approved the security bond of Chairman PTI Imran Khan in the case of Toshakhana fraud till June 21. Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf appeared in the court of Justice Amjad Rafiq of Lahore High Court. During the hearing, Chairman PTI's lawyer Barrister Salman Safdar said that tomorrow Imran Khan has to appear in Islamabad in 11 cases, the court should grant us security for more time.

Imran Khan departed from Lahore Airport after receiving the security guarantee. A case of fraud and neo-military was registered against Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and his wife Bushra Bibi on the charge of giving fake receipts of Tosha Khana watch. The case was registered in Kohsar police station on behalf of businessman Naseem ul Haq.

Shahzad Akbar, Zulfi Bukhari and Farah Khan have also been named in the case.

The lawsuit includes fraud, embezzlement and manipulation provisions. The accused are accused of producing fake receipts in the case of sale of watches. It was stated in the case that the document was forged and the document was investigated. The transaction regarding the purchase and sale of the watch did not even take place, the accused have clearly created fraud and forged documents.

It should be remembered that the five-member bench of the Lahore High Court directed the lawyers of the parties to continue arguments on the petitions filed against the Election Commission's action to disqualify and remove Chairman PTI from the party post in the Tosha Khana case, the court remarked. Given that you do not confuse the case, the proceedings of this case are not under challenge.
