Torrential rains are expected, will move at a speed of 140 km. According to Arwai News, the storm has turned towards the northeast, the storm is 370 kilometers to the southwest of Karachi, the storm is 290 kilometers to the southwest of Katy Bandar, the distance of the storm is more than Karachi and Katy is reduced to a monkey.
The storm is 335 km south-west of Thatta, the cyclone will make landfall tomorrow between Keti Bandar and Indian Gujarat.
Cyclone Birjoy has winds of 150 to 160 kmph with gusts of 180 kmph. 30-foot waves are expected around the center of the storm, with sustained winds of 100 to 120 km/h in affected areas, with gusts of up to 140 km/h in affected areas.
Stormy rains with thunder and lightning are expected in the affected areas, the series of stormy winds and rains will continue till June 17. Chairman NDMA said that preparations are complete to deal with the storm, Pakistan Army and Rangers have rescued a large number of people and shifted them to relief camps, food and medical facilities are being provided in the affected camps.
