Pakistan Hajj Mission made special arrangements for offering Friday prayers at Masjid al-Haram
Makkah (Urdu Point News Latest. 09 June 2023) More than 50 guides have been appointed to guide Pakistani Hajj pilgrims in Masjid Al-Haram, special arrangements have also been made by the Pakistan Hajj Mission for Friday prayers. The spokesperson of the Ministry of Religious Affairs has said that the guides appointed for the Pakistani pilgrims will be present at all times in front of the 7 gates of the Haram-i-Pak and the clock tower, wearing a jacket and cap with the Pakistani flag. The ground floor of the Haram was completely full before 10 am, prompting Saudi authorities to direct more pilgrims to the upper floors and the new expansion of the Haram.
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Religious Affairs said that the Al-Haram Mosque has a capacity of 2.5 million worshipers at the same time. Along with the teams will be present outside Masjid al-Haram.
It has been learned from the spokesperson of the Ministry that there are more than 40 thousand Pakistani official Hajj pilgrims in Makkah today, 3 thousand pilgrims will reach Makkah by evening after completing their stay in Madinah, while more than 26 hundred pilgrims will travel through Jeddah to Makkah by evening. 24-hour transport facility is being provided to the Pakistani pilgrims, 190 modern passenger buses have been provided to the pilgrims for the transportation to and from Haram Sharif.
He said that the number of buses will reach 360 when the number of pilgrims is completed before Hajj. Yes, bus stops have been built around the Haram at the places of Ajayad, Gaza, Jarul and Kadi. The spokesman says that 28 Haram guides are posted at the entrance and exit of the Haram to guide the pilgrims. Assistants from other departments of the Hajj Mission will also perform the duty of Haram guides at the time of Friday prayers.
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Religious Affairs has learned that the number of Pakistani Hajj pilgrims who have reached Saudi Arabia has reached 50 thousand 603, the number of pilgrims in Mecca is 35 thousand 693, among them there are 4 thousand pilgrims of the private scheme. While the number of official Hajj pilgrims present in Madinah is 14 thousand 910.
